Registration Guidelines

Registration for the Congress is conducted via the conference system available at the following address: Registration.
Upon completing the registration process, you may submit proposals for papers or sessions and proceed with payment.
Further steps in the registration process are detailed within the system.
Please follow the provided instructions carefully.
The email address entered during registration will serve as your login for future access to the system.
All ongoing information regarding the Congress will also be sent to this email address.

Submission of Papers

Registered users may submit proposals for presentations at the Congress.
To submit, please upload the full text of your paper to the conference system by 6 June 2025.
When submitting a paper, you can choose your preferred presentation format—oral or poster.
In case of co-authored papers, you must indicate the presenter. Each participant can act as a presenter only once during the Congress.
Each user may submit up to three paper proposals as an author or co-author. 
Submitted texts should range between 4,000 and 5,000 words and must comply with the guidelines available at: https://kongres2025.pte.pl/wskazowki-dla-autorow-referatowx
Acceptance or rejection notifications for submitted papers will be sent to the email address provided during registration by 15 July 2025.
Payment of the conference fee by 30 September 2025 is required to present the accepted paper.

Submission of Sessions

Registered users also have the opportunity to submit proposals for complete sessions.
Such submissions must indicate a session organizer (moderator) and between four and six participants (the organizer may also be one of the participants).
Full texts of all papers intended for the session must be submitted to the conference system by 6 June 2025.
Information regarding the acceptance of sessions for inclusion in the Congress program will be sent to the session organizer’s email address provided during registration by 15 July 2025.
A condition for including the session in the Congress program is that the organizer and all session participants pay the conference fee by 30 September 2025.
In cases of varying evaluations of individual papers, the organizers reserve the right not to accept the session as a whole but to accept selected papers individually.
